Exporting a Transcript

When you have completed your transcript you are able to export your work using the Export icon in the lower toolbar.

Export filetypes

Kaituhi currently supports exporting the audio as an .mp3, text as a .txt file or a Word document .docx, the subtitles/captions as .vtt, .eaf or .srt, and tags as a .csv file - see examples below.

SRT Caption formatting

SRT captions can be customised by setting maximums for characters per line and number of lines per caption.
