Canceling Your Kaituhi Subscription

There are three ways to cancel your Kaituhi subscription from within the app.

Method 1

The first way is to go to the app dashboard at https://kaituhi.nz/k/ and locate the Workspace with the subscription that you want to cancel. Click on the cog wheel icon next to the Workspace name, indicated below:

You should then see this dialogue:

From here click the red "Unsubscribe" button and you will be asked to confirm:

Hit Ok and and after a moment you should then see a confirmation.

You will now be unsubscribed from Kaituhi. An alert message will indicate how long you have remaining to access the app.

Renewing after access has ended

If you wish to renew your access to Kaituhi at a later date, you can do so by logging in to your Kaituhi account and clicking the "Renew Subscription" button.

Method 2

The second way to cancel your subscription is via the Account page. Click on the circular menu button at the top right of Kaituhi, then select Edit Account:

You will be taken to the Account page, scroll down to the Subscriptions section to view all the workspaces that you are associated with.

If you are an Admin level member of the Workspace, you will have access to directly edit the payment method, unsubscribe or re-subscribe the workspace.

To Unsubscribe click on the red Unsubscribe button, then select OK to confirm.

You are now unsubscribed, a message will display the amount of time you have left to access Kaituhi.

To renew your subscription, scroll to the Subscriptions section on the Account page, click the blue Renew Subscription button for the relevant workspace, and you will automatically be re-subscribed.

Method 3

If the workspace has been set up manually for payment on invoice, you can request a cancellation, or request updates to the payment method or subscription status by emailing sales@tehiku.co.nz.
