Canceling Your Kaituhi Subscription

There are two ways to cancel your Kaituhi subscription from within the app.

Method 1

The first way is to click on the cog wheel icon indicated below, next to the workspace name:

You should then see this dialogue:

From here click the "Unsubscribe" button and you will be asked to confirm:

Hit Ok and and after a moment you should then see a confirmation.

You will now be unsubscribed from Kaituhi.


If you wish to renew you access to Kaituhi at a later date you can do so by logging in to your Kaituhi account and clicking the "Resubscribe" button

Method 2

The second way to cancel your subscription is via the Account page. Click on the circular menu button at the top right of Kaituhi, then select Edit Account.

You will be taken to the Account page, scroll down to the Subscriptions section to view all the workspaces that you are associated with.


If you are an Admin you will have access to directly edit the payment method, unsubscribe or re-subscribe the workspace.

To Unsubscribe click on the red Unsubscribe button, then select OK to confirm.

You are now unsubscribed, a message will display the amount of time you have left to access Kaituhi.

To Renew your subscription, scroll to the Subscriptions section on the Account page, click the blue Renew subscription button for the relevant workspace, and you will automatically be re-subscribed.


If the workspace has been set up manually for payment on invoice, you can request updates to the payment method or subscription status by emailing sales@tehiku.co.nz.
